SGS in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Collection Specialist to oversee the Bill to Cash (B2C) function in a fast-paced setting. You will lead collection calls, manage aging reports, and ensure accurate documentation of all activities in collaboration with the AR team.
You will reconcile customer accounts, review statements, and provide input on bad debts and write-offs while driving continuous improvements, training, and adherence to SGS policies to meet SLAs and KPIs across the region.
