This position is based in Colombia and supports the IFRC operation in the country across regular programmes, preparedness activities and emergency response. It works under the day-to-day operational and administrative supervision of the IFRC Colombia operation and has a technical reporting line to the Regional General Humanitarian Services & Supply Chai
