Barranquilla - On-site
Position: Recruitment Executive
Monday to Friday, weekends off
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract top talent.
- Evaluate candidates and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the recruitment process.




- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.

Requirements:
- 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (preferred).
