Junior Business Development Representative / Sales Development
Representative (BDR/SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in sales,
generate new business opportunities, and play a key role in

connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you What You'll
Lead and Build Research and identify potential prospects through
various channels. Conduct outbound prospecting activities,
including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify
inbound and outbound leads to identify potential business
opportunities. Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales
team. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions using CRM
tools. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support
pipeline growth. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales
skills through training and coaching. Meet activity and performance




goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach. What You Bring
to the Table Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in
sales, business development, customer success, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong
interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with
outbound prospecting and cold outreach. Familiarity with CRM
platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). Proficiency
in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. Goal-oriented mindset with the
ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn,
grow, and develop a career in sales. Nice-to-have Experience with
LinkedIn Sales Navigator or prospecting tools. Familiarity with
sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
