together. The Role Join our newly formed Fleet Operations team as a
Fullstack Technical Lead, where you will play a dual role of
hands-on technical execution and engineering leadership. In this
role, you will drive the architecture and technical direction for
both front-end and back-end systems, making strategic decisions
that ensure alignment with our global business goals. This is a




highly technical position where you will balance fullstack coding
and system design with mentoring, guiding, and scaling the
capabilities of your engineering peers. How to make an impact Drive
architectural discussions and decisions across the entire stack,
ensuring robust, scalable front-end applications and distributed
back-end microservices. Define, enforce, and elevate fullstack
engineering best practices, code quality standards, and
comprehensive testing strategies across the team. Foster a healthy
code review culture that emphasizes constructive feedback,
inclusivity, and continuous learning. Collaborate closely with
product, engineering, and business teams to build the technical
roadmap and support the team in executing it. Guide, mentor, and
