Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter Position Overview We
are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full
recruitment lifecycle for healthcare and medical professionals,
including roles such as Physical Therapists and other licensed
providers. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging,
interviewing, and hiring top healthcare talent while building
strong relationships with hiring managers and executives. The idóneo
candidate is creative, strategic, results-driven, and experienced
in provider credentialing. Work Schedule: (To be provided) Key
Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from
sourcing to onboarding for healthcare and medical positions.
Recruit for roles such as Physical Therapists and other licensed
healthcare providers. Develop and implement creative sourcing
strategies to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain
strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership
regarding recruitment strategies and hiring needs. Stay informed
about healthcare hiring trends and market conditions to identify




and engage top talent. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and
coordinate the hiring process. Prepare employment offers, create
strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and
successfully secure candidates. Coordinate and assist with the
credentialing process for new healthcare providers. Maintain an
organized recruitment pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate
experience throughout the hiring process. Work independently while
collaborating effectively with internal teams to meet hiring goals.
Requirements Proven experience recruiting healthcare and medical
professionals (e.g., Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists,
Nurses, and other licensed providers). Experience managing the full
recruitment lifecycle. Experience with provider credentialing is
highly preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends
and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
