Key Responsibilities Bilingual Patient Communication & Care Coordination Communicate with patients in Spanish and English via phone, text, email, and secure patient portals Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups using EMR/EHR systems Reinforce provider-directed care instructions within scope (no diagnosing or prescribing) Coordinate referrals, follow-ups,
