About the Role: As a ICT Systems Engineer , you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the ICT equipment of the company, both locally and on remote sites when required. You will provide up to Level 3 support for internal issues via the ticketing system or other communication channels used by the company. Also,



trigger and participate in ICT and Infosec projects to make new deployments or improvements over existing implementations. And, you will assist the Malta ICT Team and the Head of Infosec in the queries and/or implementations related to IT, data protection, and information security, aligned with internal procedures and local regulations (Europe and Colombia). Your Responsibilities: Support the IT strategy in order to help the company meet its goals and long-term vision. Timely reaction to, and resolution of, all and any fault tickets, including communication with the client, both to ensure understanding and promote client confidence in the ticketing process. Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and security monitoring tools.
