high-performance virtual desktop environments while leading infrastructure initiatives and mentoring technical teams. Responsabilities Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) & EUC Architecture Design and deliver end-to-end AVD deployments, including host pool architecture, autoscaling, and image/session-host lifecycle management. Diagnose and resolve complex login, profile, and OneDrive performance issues. Improve session responsiveness through GPO tuning, startup optimization, AppData management, and FSLogix configuration. Automate AVD provisioning using PowerShell DSC, Azure DevOps, and Azure Image Builder. Enhance storage performance and stabilize VHDX growth to improve overall user experience. Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering Architect and manage Azure environments (subscriptions, RBAC, networking, governance). Lead 365 hybrid migrations and Exchange integrations.
