Spanish speaking Studio Operations Manager for their Gaming studios
in Medellin , Colombia . Position: Studio Operations Manager
Location: Medellin, Colombia Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competetive salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead
the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 live streaming studio, ensuring
uninterrupted service delivery Manage and oversee multiple
management layers, including 3–4 managers and 200–300 employees
Ensure operational performance meets SLAs, quality standards, and
business objectives Drive continuous improvement initiatives across
studio operations Oversee studio expansion projects, launches, and
operational growth initiatives Coordinate project timelines,
budgets, and delivery with cross-functional teams Lead, mentor, and
develop managers and large operational teams Manage workforce
planning, shift scheduling, and staff rotations to ensure optimal
coverage Drive performance management through appraisals, coaching,




performance plans, and corrective actions Develop and implement
standard operating procedures (SOPs) for studio operations Ensure
consistent execution of operational processes across all shifts
Foster a safe, secure, and productive working environment Ensure
all studio equipment and technical infrastructure remain fully
operational Coordinate with technical and network teams to resolve
live operational issues quickly Identify root causes of technical
incidents and implement long-term corrective actions Support
operational readiness for new studio installations and expansions
Monitor operational KPIs, SLA compliance, service quality, and
error rates Identify operational risks and implement process
improvements to enhance efficiency and stability Prepare
operational reports and present performance updates to senior
leadership Drive quality assurance initiatives across all teams and
shifts Maintain effectiv
