DrLullaby is a national telehealth practice treating insomnia with CBT-I, the gold-standard protocol. Sleep physicians refer patients to us every day; you are the person who reaches them, sorts out their insurance, and gets them booked. You'll schedule 20-25 patients a day, own the insurance conversation end to end, and keep every open clinician slot full.

This role requires prior healthcare scheduling experience AND hands-on insurance experience — prior authorizations, benefit verification, and explaining out-of-pocket costs. It is a high-volume phone role on recorded lines.

What You'll Do
- Answer 100% of incoming calls within one ring during business hours and book the caller on that call.
- Reply to every patient text within 15 minutes and carry it through to a booked appointment.




- Fill every open clinician slot daily by calling and texting eligible patients — matched correctly on state licensure and insurance status.
- Reschedule any patient who needs it, same day.
- Build payment plans so cost is never the reason someone goes untreated.
- Log and tag every patient in Spruce, and follow our contact rules exactly: no contacting anyone already reached that day, anyone who asked us to stop, or anyone past 5 attempts. Checked daily.
- Weekly in Healthie: verify and send all EOW reports and all referral letters.

What We're Looking For
- Prior authorization experience, or comparable insurance work (benefit verification, appeals, eligibility). Required.
- Healthcare scheduling or patient intake background. Required.
- Zero-error conscientiousness. A patient booked with the wrong provider is a treatment delay and a billing problem — you double-check before you book, not after.
