This position is 100% onsite in Medellín, Colombia, five days per week. There is no remote or hybridoption.

Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000 USD/month

This is a consultative SDR/BDR role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for our U.S. sales team.

We're not looking for high-pressure sales tactics or transactional outreach. We're looking for someone who builds trust, recognizes buying signals, and creates opportunities through thoughtful follow-up and genuine conversations.

Think of it as being a great concierge: someone who pays attention, remembers what matters, and shows up with the right message at the right time.

You'll work directly with U.S.based business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers every day,

so advanced English communication (C1 or higher) is essential.
