- Commission-Based Role (Performance-Driven)
- Estimated Earnings Range: COP 2,500,000 - COP 5,000,000+ per month

Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated, bilingual Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join The Credle Group. In this role, you will engage with business owners and prospects to introduce CRM and marketing automation solutions that help improve lead generation, follow-up, and overall sales performance.

This is a fast-paced, performance-focused position designed for individuals who are coachable, driven, and interested in building strong sales skills in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to connect with business owners and prospects
- Engage leads through calls,



messages, and consistent follow-up
- Identify opportunities where businesses can improve their sales and lead management processes
- Clearly present CRM and automation solutions
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior team members
- Follow proven scripts and outreach systems provided during training
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system

Training & Support:
- Structured onboarding program
- 30-day CRM and sales training bootcamp
- Proven scripts and outreach frameworks
- Practice leads to build confidence
- Ongoing mentorship and performance coaching
- Interested in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish required)
- Self-motivated and comfortable speaking with business owners
- Coachable and able to follow a structured sales process
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
