As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Expert - Export, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing export shipments, ensuring smooth execution of the operational process from booking to final documentation.

You will:
- Coordinate and monitor FCL/LCL export shipments, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and deadlines.
- Manage bookings, shipment documentation, vendors, document closing processes, and CCLs.




- Maintain close communication with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify potential delays or operational issues.
- Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, including unexpected situations such as cargo damage or shipment disruptions.
- Provide timely and effective customer service, ensuring clear communication and appropriate follow-up.
- Work closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support operations involving customers and teams across USA and Canada.

What we would like you to bring:
- Bachelor's degree or professional background in International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in Sea Logistics / Freight Forwarding.
- Previous experience managing
