GenesisFX Markets is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Officer to manage end-to-end client onboarding and identity verification workflows. You will review onboarding applications and KYC/AML documentation, and operate automated identity verification systems such as SumSub, Shufti Pro or Onfido.
In this role you will monitor queues for fast turnaround, handle profile updates, re-submissions, and escalations while ensuring strict AML compliance across the trading platform.
