The Position:
What you'll get to do:




- Build and promote FullStack's brand with community members who are primarily software developers and IT professionals.
- Develop initiatives to increase engagement and retention of our community members.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey the benefits of joining the FullStack talent network.
- Manage FullStack's Glassdoor page and respond to reviews.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person company events on a monthly basis.
- Plan and run events such as hackathons and meetups.
- Create and manage high-quality company swag.
- Conduct quarterly employee surveys to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Write engaging blog posts to update the company on events and cultural initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Head of Culture, or Developer Advocat
