Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the construction and continuous improvement of our recruitment strategy, including tactics to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and human resources to tailor selection and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Technical Talent Recruiter or in similar roles, preferably with a focus on technology talent acquisition.
- Deep knowledge of the technology ecosystem in Latin America and a solid network in the tech community.
- Ability to assess technical skills and relevant experience in fields such as software development, engineering, data analysis, etc.
- Fluent English at C1 level or higher, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
