Main responsibilities:
- Control, monitor, and guarantee the correct execution of the policies, procedures, and activities of Benefits, Payroll, On & Off Boarding, Talent Acquisition, Data Management, and the External Vendors that support Genfar's operations. _
- Ensure a best in class employee experience for Genfar’s Employees and New Hires in the different LE and the Industrial Site.
- Implement, socialize, and administrate the corporate benefits through the Compensation and Benefits guidelines and the countries legal regulations.
- Support the certifications, affiliations, insurance requests, etc., supervising the service quality to current and former employees and the external workforce.
- Ensure the correct and timely billing of benefits such as Health, life insurance, social club, food subsidy, etc.
- Guarantee the correct collection and maintenance of physica
