Job Description:
This role will support our legal team in reviewing the commercial contracts as with the commercials as with the clients, while having outstanding negotiation skills and an advanced English level.
Qualifications:
You Know You're Doing Your Job Well When
- Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding legal operations within the LATAM Region (Colombia and Latam)
- Researching different law sources;
- Drafting and reviewing contract templates and other documents related to company business;
- Support to the internal sales’ and other departments during the negotiation phase;
- Research on legislation where the company intends to expand its business
- Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders;
- Effective risk management techniques and proactivity in advising on possible legal issues.
More about you:
- Have experience in reviewing commercial contracts and is knowledgeable in Commercial law.
- Has outstanding negotiation skills.
- Has an advanced English level.
- Preferrable Lawyer.
