The Manager Corporate Security will be responsible for strategically deploying and managing an efficient and effective security program for our company’s assets, personnel, and equities within Colombia, in alignment with UHG Corporate Security’s policy, standards and procedures. This includes management and oversight of all Optum Colombia-based security related contracts, contract security officers and management of KPIs, building access procedures, ISO27001 annual audits,
security awareness orientations, country security liaison programs, physical security technology assets and security incidents within Colombia. The Sr. Manager, although a part of the Global Security Operations team, will be responsible for managing all three key areas of Corporate Security for Optum-Colombia, including investigations as well as security risk management, working in tandem with those teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead the Corporate Security initiatives for Optum Colombia under the guidance of Sr. Director, Director, Global Security Operations-Latin America and in close coordination with the business leadership.
- Support the growth and sustainability of the business though a close partnership with business leadership to understand business operations and objectives.
