As a Track and Trace Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system.
- Communicate and do follow-ups on carriers and drivers.
- Keep in touch with the clients, giving them updates about their load status,



and the vigente location of the driver or ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
- Collect, update and add notes and documentation to the system regarding the transportation process.
- Detect any issues that may arise in the logistics operation.

Minimum requirements:
- Experience:Desirable 6 months of experience working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations or logistics. Internship experience will also be considered.
- Language:Very good English skills. B2+ or C1 is preferred.

- Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar)

- Places: Only for Bogotá or Medellín. This position will be on-site at Medellín or Bogotá.
