Spanish Outbound Sales Representative

Location:
Fully Remote

Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM CDT (Texas Time)

Compensation:
$2.50/hour + Commission

Interview:

2:00 PM CDT / 2:00 PM Colombia Time
via Zoom

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Engage prospects professionally and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Explain products and services and address customer questions.
- Follow up with prospects and support successful sign-ups, contracts, and sales.
- Meet sales targets and maintain accurate activity records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversions.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
