The Role
The Head of Operations owns how the work gets delivered and how well it performs for the customer. This is a newly split-out seat. For years, our Integrator carried both the Integrator role and the head-of-operations load at the same time. We're hiring a dedicated Head of Operations so the delivery engine gets a full-time owner, and the Integrator can step up into leading the whole business.
The core of this seat is simple to say and hard to do: make sure the right work gets delivered, on time and at a high standard, and that it actually produces results for the customer across every product line.
This role runs the operational core of the company. It owns delivery of solutions, customer results,
the customer marketing strategy, the delivery team tech stack. It leads the Product Owners who run each service line, holds them accountable for client results and margin, and builds the frameworks that let us add new clients and new team members without adding chaos.
This role does not own sales, and it does not own the client relationship or retention, but will be a part of the conversation when needed.. It owns getting the work done well and driving the customer's results through the people who run each product.

Consistent, on-time, on-quality delivery that produces measurable customer results across every product line.

- Deliver the work on time, at a high standard, at healthy margin, every product line, every week.
