Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team.This role is idóneo for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST [PST][PDT] (United States of America)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:




- Supporting attorneys with case preparation
- Assisting with pre-litigation case development in Personal Injury matters
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documents with training provided
- Maintaining organized case files and tracking deadlines
- Communicating with clients and medical providers via phone and email
- Requesting, tracking, and organizing medical records and case documentation
- Ensuring all communications reflect professionalism and clarity

What We’re Looking For:
- Legal background or previous law firm experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Clear speaking voice with strong articulation
- Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and emotional intelligence
- Strong grammar skills and attention to detail
