About Your Team
Sensei’s Operations team is at the forefront of implementing and maintaining our innovative systems in the field. This agile team works closely with Product and Engineering to optimise infrastructure solutions, develop deployment and maintenance plans, and manage third-party contractors. We are dedicated to ensuring quality, efficiency,
and cost-effectiveness in all our implementations and ongoing operations, driving the successful international expansion of Sensei’s cutting-edge retail technologies.
How Can You Help?
This is not a typical maintenance role, and that’s intentional.
Most people who love tinkering with hardware and electronics aren’t drawn to building maintenance processes and managing partner networks. And most people who are great at operations and field management don’t get excited about debugging a PCB or iterating on a sensor enclosure. We need both, and we know that makes this a rare hire.
You’ll be the person who keeps our deployed systems running, and also the person who makes them better. You’ll build scalable maintenance processes, manage external partners, and go to the field when things break. You’ll also sit alongside our Hardware Engineering team, analyse failure patterns, flag design improvements, and contribute hands-on to hardware iteration. The two
