Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations across assigned cells at the Santa Isabel, PR site. This onsite role requires living in Puerto Rico at start; relocation is not offered.
You will oversee daily production, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met. The role supports 3rd shift operations and requires a university degree or advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience, plus English and Spanish
