This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including:
- SLAs, SLOs, SLIs definition and tracking
- Incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem culture
- Commitment to operational excellence and reliability at scale
- Strong observability and monitoring skills: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Datadog, ELK stack
- Proficiency with cloud providers: AWS, Azure,



GCP
- Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift), Docker
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation
- CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOps
- HTTP protocol and related implementations: Apache, NGINX, Varnish, ALB, CDN (e.g., AWS CloudFront)
- Programming/scripting in Python, Go, JavaScript, and Bash
- Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis/Valkey, Cassandra, Memcached)
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices
- Solid grasp of networking concepts
