About This Role

The Country Manager is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and market expansion of one of the company’s most important markets in Latin America. As the senior representative of the organization in Colombia, this leader will be accountable for defining and executing the country strategy, accelerating revenue growth,



strengthening executive customer relationships, and building a high-performance culture across sales, delivery, and operations. This role requires a highly energetic, commercially driven, and influential executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology businesses, managing strategic client portfolios, and delivering sustainable growth within global IT services and consulting organizations. The Country Manager will work closely with regional and general leadership teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities while adapting strategies to the local market landscape.
