Collins Aerospace is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead third shift manufacturing operations at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico facility. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing activities across two production buildings, leading a team of approximately 30 production employees while ensuring operational excellence, employee engagement, and compliance with company standards.

This onsite position is based at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment and relocation is not offered.

You will be responsible for assigning daily work, monitoring production performance, ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. You will provide leadership through coaching, performance management, and employee development while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and the Employee Handbook.

Work Schedule

This position supports 3rd Shift operations. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

- Supervise third shift manufacturing operations across two production buildings, ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 production employees, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work to ensure production schedules and operational requirements are met.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies, safety standards, and the Employee Handbook.
- Execute performance management activities, including coaching, corrective actions, and employee discipline when necessary.
