You will partner with HR COEs, People Solutions teams, and tech providers to ensure scalable, compliant, and employee-centric service delivery in a general shared-services setup.
The role requires extensive experience in GBS/SS, leading large teams, and driving continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and technology enablement.
