Responsibilities

- Utilize the company advertising system to perform diversified ad configurations and effect evaluations, covering ad delivery accuracy, conversion rate analysis, and audience reach efficiency, and summarize optimization reports and cases.
- Monitor ad delivery data, identify abnormal issues, and follow up on the implementation effectiveness of optimization solutions.
- Review the localization adaptation of ad creatives and participate in improving content quality in multi-language and multi-cultural scenarios.
- Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and data teams to enhance the alignment between ad delivery strategies and user experience.
- Establish long-term partnerships with media advertisers, partners, and third-party platforms externally,



optimize ad resources, and achieve business growth goals.
- Encourage user participation in ad interactive activities, collect feedback, and iterate operational strategies accordingly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advanced English and Chinese level
- Ability to work independently within a regional team while also demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Passionate about the advertising industry, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
