About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our Vendor Services team and help expand our general network of freelance linguists and language-service professionals.

This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, and building relationships with specialized talent across multiple languages and subject areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Source freelance translators, editors, MTPE/QA linguists, transcreators, and other language professionals.
- Conduct targeted searches.
- Review CVs and profiles to assess language combinations, subject-matter expertise, experience, and tools.
- Contact candidates and confirm availability, rates, qualifications, and interest.
- Coordinate testing and onboarding with internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate vendor profiles and recruiting records.
- Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for current and future projects.
- Support specialized and hard-to-source language recruiting needs.

Requirements




- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
- Strong research, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple searches independently.
- Strong attention to detail and candidate-screening skills.

Localization/translation industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience recruiting freelance linguists or language-service providers. A Great Fit If You
