SharePoint Administrator (Server & Online)

Ensure the stability, security, and performance of enterprise SharePoint environments.

We’re looking for a SharePoint Administrator with hands-on experience managing SharePoint Server 2013 and 2019 farms, as well as SharePoint Online environments. The adecuado candidate has strong platform-administration and troubleshooting skills and can support both on-premises and cloud-based collaboration environments.

What You’ll Do

- Administer and support SharePoint Server 2013 and 2019 farms
- Manage SharePoint Online through the SharePoint Admin Center
- Configure and maintain web applications, site collections, service applications, search, and permissions
- Monitor platform health, capacity, availability, and performance
- Troubleshoot farm, application, authentication, configuration, and user-access issues
- Execute planned deployments, updates, patches, backups, restoration, and disaster-recovery activities
- Manage SharePoint services across Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and Active Directory
- Administer sites, libraries, lists, content types, metadata, and information architecture
- Support migrations, upgrades, integrations, and hybrid-environment initiatives
- Document configurations, incidents, changes, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and business teams

Availability Requirements

- Availability to work during planned maintenance windows between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST/UTC−4), when required and coordinated in advance.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical system incidents outside regular business hours, including nights and weekends, in accordance with established incident-management and escalation procedures.
