Recruiter (Remote)

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join DualEntry, a fast‑growing AI startup founded in 2024. DualEntry is reshaping finance with its AI‑native ERP, helping $5M‑ARR businesses and NYSE‑listed companies automate busywork and gain powerful reporting and insights.

We operate with urgency and ownership—moving fast and delivering results.

Since launching 18 months ago, we raised $100M from Lightspeed, Khosla, and Google Ventures. To keep accelerating, we’re expanding our team. This is a hands‑on role with full ownership that will shape our product from day one.

Location

Remote – available across LATAM, Europe, and Canada with a 4‑hour+ overlap for US ET (NYC HQ).

Where You'll Create Impact

- You’ll own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering, product, GTM, and leadership roles
- You’ll build and deliver a high‑velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
- You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
- You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first‑principles thinking and high‑speed execution
- You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
- You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in high‑growth startups
- Proven track record sourcing and closing top talent
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
- Practical, high‑speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
- Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
