Our client is seeking a skilled Mid-Market Account Executive with 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience to join their growing team. You will play a key role in generating pipeline, managing consultative sales conversations, and closing mid-market healthcare accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the mid-market healthcare sales segment, focusing on organizations with 100+ employees.
- Generate and manage pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
- Lead discovery calls and consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot.
- Track territory performance, forecasts, and sales activity.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth client handoff.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
- Experience managing $5K–$75K sales opportunities.
- Strong discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar sales tools.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as SPICED.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare compliance, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience selling to mid-market organizations with multiple decision-makers.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and territory development.
