Role Description This full-time remote Intake Specialist role is responsible for managing the initial contact and onboarding process for clients and professionals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured intake calls, gathering and verifying client information, and documenting needs and preferences in internal systems.

The Intake

Specialist will answer questions, provide clear guidance on next steps, and ensure a positive, professional experience for all parties. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align client requirements with available services and talent, monitoring follow-ups,



and maintaining accurate records. Success in this position requires consistent communication, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Qualifications

- Flawless English Skills
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction across diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Client Intake processes, information gathering, and documentation in CRM or similar systems.
- Well-developed Interpersonal Skills for building trust, rapport, and collaborative relationships.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem resolution.
- Basic understanding of Insurance concepts and terminology, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
- Comfort with technology, including video conferencing tools, cloud-based platforms, and standard office software.
- Prior experience in intake, client relations, or administrative support is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
