Two ways to work with us

Sales representative: Find prospects through your network, cold calling, email, or direct outreach. Identify their needs and help move opportunities through the sales process.

Referral partner: Introduce business owners who need our services and let Sourcy handle the sales conversation and delivery. This is a strong fit for people who already have a business or client base.

Who we’re looking for

- Independent sales professionals comfortable earning on commission.
- PEO, payroll, insurance, merchant services,



telecom, and other B2B sales professionals.
- Consultants, agency owners, and entrepreneurs who want complementary services to offer their clients.
- Self-directed prospectors who can generate their own opportunities and follow through.

Experience selling marketing or AI services is helpful. Strong business relationships, communication, and the ability to open doors matter more.

English-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish partners are welcome, including professionals in South Florida and Colombia who can sell to U.S. businesses.

Compensation and flexibility

- 100% commission. No base salary or hourly pay.
- Earn a percentage of each qualifying sale under a written commission agreement.
- No cap on commission earnings.
- Work remotely and manage your own prospecting schedule.
- Add Sourcy’s services alongside your existing complementary offerings.

Commission rates, payment timing, and qualifying-sale requirements will be provided before you begin.
