FRONT-END ENGINEER

The Front-End Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining the client-side of web applications, translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces. This role bridges the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that visual concepts are implemented with clean, maintainable code and a strong focus on user experience. The Front-End Engineer collaborates closely with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless,
accessible, and scalable web experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
Translate Figma/design mockups into clean, reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Build and maintain component libraries and design systems.
Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching strategies, and asset optimization.
Write unit and integration tests for front-end components.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to provide technical feasibility input and iterate on designs.
