acquisition and support the evolution of our growing team through
strategic recruitment and HR operations, ensuring our hiring
practices align with our technical and operational growth while
supporting broader HR initiatives. Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles,
preferably in technology companies or fast-growing startups. Proven
experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing,
selection, offer, and onboarding). Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail in managing recruitment pipelines. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
autonomously and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven
environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human
Resources, or related field. Experience in technology or IT sectors
that demonstrates familiarity with technical environments and
engineering team dynamics. Nice to Have Experience with ATS
(Applicant Tracking System) or recruitment management platforms.
Familiarity with HRIS tools and HR analytics dashboards. Knowledge
of contractor/freelancer sourcing and staff augmentation models.
