About the Role At Qargo Coffee, we believe every decision should be powered by data and executed with precision. We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics who will own performance visibility across all store operations and transform complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive traffic, revenue, and operational excellence. This is not a reporting role, this is a business-critical leadership position that directly impacts Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, and Executive decision-making. What You’ll Own Full visibility of store performance metrics across all locations Sales, average ticket,



and hourly performance optimization Identification of top-performing products (Top 20 menu items) Employee productivity and performance insights Traffic vs. sales correlation to drive smarter decisions Short, mid, and long-term revenue growth strategies Key Responsibilities Daily Analyze daily sales and ticket performance across stores Identify anomalies, risks, and opportunities in real time Deliver actionable insights to Operations & Marketing teams Weekly Build and present store performance scorecards Analyze menu performance and pricing strategies Recommend data-driven corrective actions Monthly Develop 90-day and 180-day revenue improvement plans Track and analyze operational KPIs and trends Present executive-level performance reports to leadership What We’re Looking For 4+ years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles Mandatory experience working with POS systems and transactional data (e.g., PAR, Square, Clover,
