What You'll Do Design, implement, and maintain network
infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
Monitor network performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or
outages Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues,
ensuring high availability and security Configure VPNs, VLANs, QoS,
and optimize data traffic across multiple locations Collaborate
with IT, cloud, and data center teams to align networking
initiatives with broader business goals Manage network
documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Implement and enforce network security best practices, including
firewalls and access controls Support network upgrades, migrations,
and new deployments Who You Are A seasoned Network Administrator
(5+ years)



or similar engineering role Deep knowledge of network
protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and routing technologies Experience
with firewalls, VPNs, and high-availability configurations
Familiarity with packet capture tools and network diagnostic tools
(e.g., Wireshark) Comfortable working with both on-prem and
cloud-based environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability
to thrive under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred) Why This Role
