issues making their purchase or abandoned their carts, helping them

owners understand the right products for their dog’s needs,
answering questions and removing uncertainty with clarity and care.
Convert: Turn warm leads into completed sales by building trust,
addressing objections, and reinforcing value. Grow : Work with a




high-intent audience, transforming near-buyers into loyal, repeat
