buscamos un/a Especialista SAP HCM con un sólido perfil funcional y fuerte foco en el módulo de Gestión de Tiempos (PT). Tu misión será garantizar la estabilidad, optimización y evolución de la plataforma SAP HCM para la región LATAM, asegurando la continuidad de los procesos de tiempo y nómina, y liderando proyectos principal de actualización normativa.
TUS PRINCIPALES DESAFÍOS
- Configuración y gestión de Tiempos (SAP PT): Parametrizar y mantener esquemas, reglas de cálculo (PE01/PE02), planes de horarios de trabajo, novedades y ausencias.
- Cierre Operativo: Garantizar cierres de tiempos oportunos y sin errores para habilitar el pago de nómina regional.
- Soporte Funcional L2/L3: Atender incidentes y requerimientos funcionales en los módulos de Administración de Personal (PA), Gestión Organizacional (OM), Beneficios y Nómina (PY).
- Proyectos y Cambios Legales: Diseñar e implementar soluciones configurativas en SAP HCM ante cambios normativos en paí
