We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll MASTER to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency of payroll while managing and coordinating payroll processes with a specific focus on payroll for the USA and/or Canada. Your strong numerical analysis skills and keen eye for detail will be essential in ensuring the accuracy of all calculations, reports, and financial compliance.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee high-volume payroll processing for all company branches, ensuring accuracy in wages, bonuses, deductions, and withholdings.
2. Coordinate and validate payments, direct deposits, and other forms of compensation.
3.



Oversee and validate payroll-related reports, including tax filings, financial statements, and reports for internal and external audits.
4. Manage year-end payroll activities (W-2, 1099, T-4, T-4A, RL-1, ROE)
5. Ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international labor and tax regulations.
6. Design, document, and implement improvements to payroll processes and internal controls.
7. Act as the escalation point for the resolution of complex payroll discrepancies and issues.
8. Provide comprehensive support on payroll matters related to onboarding, termination, and benefits of administration.
9. Prepare and validate reports on union dues and garnishments.
10. Reconciliation Benefits Invoices.
11. Manages the full payroll cycle. (Payroll processing, data validation, benefits administration, Record of employment, employee onboarding, etc.)
