high-quality studio and live-production environments with precision
lighting and technical expertise. What youll do Assist with the
installation, setup, and operation of lighting and technical
equipment for live or continuous production and studio environments
ensuring consistency, reliability, and visual quality. Monitor and
maintain all lighting systems and related technical gear: perform
regular checks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems
when needed to avoid disruption. Support integration with other
technical teams (audio, video, broadcast, etc.) to deliver seamless
production workflows collaborating closely to meet standards across
departments. Keep accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance
records, and configuration changes helping maintain safety
compliance and technical reliability. What were looking for Fluent
proficiency in English strong written and spoken communication for
clear coordination with international teams. Previous experience in
studio production, live events, broadcasting, or a similar
technical environment comfortable working under pressure and
adapting to the fast pace of live operations. Ability to read
technical plans or instructions, follow safety standards and
operational best practices, and work collaboratively with other
technicians and departments. Flexibility to work variable shifts,
including nights or weekends, as required by production schedules.
