We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Controller
to lead the accounting operations of our global organization and safeguard the integrity of its financial reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & General Accounting

✅ Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across all entities.

✅ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.

✅ Own the consolidated chart of accounts and balance sheet reconciliation process.

✅ Review and approve journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reclassifications.

✅ Deliver consolidated financial reporting to executive leadership, lenders, auditors, and tax advisors.





✅ Own statutory and audited financial statements, including disclosures and supporting schedules.

Project Accounting, Cost Accounting & Margin Management

✅ Oversee project revenue recognition, cost-to-cost accounting, change orders, estimated losses, and project profitability.

✅ Drive estimate-at-completion discipline and ensure accuracy of cost-to-complete reporting.

✅ Lead inventory accounting and standard costing processes for manufacturing operations.

✅ Analyze manufacturing variances related to materials, labor, overhead absorption, scrap, and rework.

✅ Ensure margin reporting accuracy through proper costing, inventory management, freight allocation, and overhead absorption methodologies.

✅ Reconcile inventory, production, project accounting, and general ledger data.

Treasury & Working Capital

✅ Maintain consolidated debt schedules across multiple entities and lenders.

✅ Monitor
