Dispatch and Track and Trace (REP) position:

- Communication &
- Support Monitoring

: Responsible for closely monitoring inbound calls, emails, and chats. This includes monitoring specific phone extensions during early shifts or on Saturdays to take down and log all messages.
- System &
- Platform Management: Required to log in to daily operating platforms, including BATTS, RingCentral, and Google Mail, to maintain active communication lines.
- Operational Tracking &
- Lead Checking: Timely checking of the operational spreadsheet is required, along with reviewing and checking incoming leads.
- Carrier Information Logging: For any carrier issues or interested carriers,



the representative must gather all relevant information and document it accurately under the interested carrier section.
- End-of-Shift Reporting: Accountable for sending End of Day Reports for weekend or after-hours shifts, and sending detailed hand-off emails to the team regarding any unfinished or pending tasks.
- Accounting &
- Documentation Coordination: Tasked with emailing the Bill of Lading (BOL) along with the corresponding order number to the accounting department once a delivery is successfully made. Additional coordination regarding specific accounting needs will be finalized following discussions with the accounting team.
