We’re looking for a Business Development professional for our Project & Development Services team!

Are you passionate about building new business, identifying market opportunities and turning prospects into long-term client relationships? This opportunity could be for you. We are looking for a Business Development professional to join our Project & Development Services, PDS, team in Bogotá, Colombia.

What will you do?

- Identify and actively prospect new business opportunities.
- Develop a structured approach to market mapping, lead generation and client outreach.
- Build and maintain a qualified commercial pipeline.
- Coordinate initial meetings with potential clients and follow up on qualified leads.
- Prepare commercial presentations and proposals in collaboration with the PDS team.
- Develop relationships with clients, brokers, contractors, design firms and other relevant market stakeholders.
- Keep client and opportunity information updated in the CRM.
- Monitor commercial indicators and prepare pipeline and progress reports.
- Support internal follow-up to help ensure proposals and projects are delivered accurately and on time.

What are we looking for?





- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Around four years of professional experience, ideally combining construction, project management, business development, consultative sales or B2B commercial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, open markets and generate new business opportunities.
- Understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
- Experience preparing commercial or financial proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital prospecting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, autonomous and results-oriented approach.
- Intermediate or advanced English is preferred.
