What You'll Do Perform general repairs and maintenance across both
interior and exterior areas - everything from light electrical and
plumbing fixes to carpentry and painting. Respond to work orders
and address onsite issues to maintain safety, functionality, and
aesthetics. Work with tools and equipment to assemble, install, or
maintain fixtures such as shelving, doors, lighting, and HVAC
components. Conduct routine inspections, identify maintenance
needs, and either complete the repair or escalate to specialist
vendors. Maintain clear documentation of completed work, parts
used, and followup requirements. Collaborate with facilities,
operations, and security teams to ensure seamless building
functionality. Who You Are Proven experience as a handyman or
maintenance technician in commercial, residential, or mixed-use
facilities.



Competent with hand and power tools, and comfortable
handling basic electrical, plumbing or carpentry tasks.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as
part of a team. Willing to travel within site locations when
required and adapt to changing maintenance priorities.
Professional, punctual and proactive in addressing issues. Basic
literacy in English or Spanish is preferred (for documentation and
