Qargo Coffee is growing fast, and we are looking for a
Chief of Staff who can become the eyes and ears of the CEO across
the organization. This is not a traditional administrative role.
This is a high-trust, execution-focused leadership role for someone
who can help make sure our company runs with discipline, structure,
accountability, and results. At Qargo Coffee, we are building more
than coffee shops. We are building a national franchise system with
high standards, premium design, operational discipline, and a clear
vision to become the future of coffee. What This Role Is About The
Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to make sure the
company is not just creating plans, but actually executing them.
This person will help verify that: The right systems are being
followed The right people are accountable Tasks are completed
correctly and on time Departments are aligned Franchisees are
supported properly Problems are identified early Results are

Responsibilities Act as the CEO’s eyes and ears across operations,
franchise support, marketing, construction, training, compliance,
and internal projects Follow up with team members to verify that
assigned work is completed properly Help enforce company systems,
standards, deadlines, and accountability Review reports, tasks,
store updates, project progress, and department execution Identify
issues before they become bigger problems Help organize priorities
and make sure the leadership team stays aligned Track KPIs, action
items, deadlines, and results Communicate clearly with internal
teams and leadership Support the CEO in driving execution across
the company Make sure our culture of ownership, discipline, and
